Good use of rhetorical question in your opening sentence. You have also added a few plausible arguments for why mobile phones should be allowed in schools, however, I feel that your arguments are far too few to make an impact or to persuade someone take your side. You need to add more arguments and use more persuasive techniques to do this. You many also bring the opposing argument ,but then counter it with your own stronger points use of language devices. Very well done, nice work.
